Because our products are custom-made to order, we handle returns and refunds differently than a standard retail store. Please read our policy below before placing your order.
1. Custom Orders & Cancellations

All Sales Are Final: Because each decal and sticker is custom-printed, laminated, and cut specifically to your specifications, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, accidental orders, or buyer's remorse.

Order Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us at [Your Support Email Here] within 2 hours of placing it. Once production or file preparation has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our quality, but if we made a mistake, we will fix it. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
You qualify for a free replacement or store credit if:

The item arrives physically damaged or bent from shipping.

There is a clear manufacturing defect in the vinyl, printing, or lamination.

We sent you the wrong size, color, or design compared to what you ordered.

3. Application Errors (Not Eligible for Refunds)
Applying vinyl graphics takes patience. We are not responsible for decals that fail to stick or are ruined during the installation process due to:

Improper surface cleaning (oil, dirt, or wax left on the surface).

Applying graphics in extreme temperatures (too hot or too cold).

Air bubbles, tearing, or creasing caused by improper squeegee technique.
Tip: We highly recommend reviewing our application guide before applying your graphics.
4. Shipping Issues & Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot issue refunds or free replacements for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping provider directly.
